Wall of Honor

Three times a year we have the opportunity for our Middle School students to put their hand prints on the Middle School Wall of Honor. The students are nominated by their fellow students and teachers, who fill in a nomination form identifying which Wall of Honor characteristic they see in the students and providing examples to support the nomination.   The homeroom teachers sit down together and work through the nominations and then write the scripts.  As the Middle School Principal, I am privileged to be able to read through all the scripts and see the many ways in which the students display the following characteristics: cheerfulness, cooperation, courage, diligence, encouragement, faithfulness, witnessing, friendship, humility, integrity, kindness, leadership, organization, patience, peacemaking, perseverance, service, and teach-ability.  Each hand print on the wall is identified by the student’s name, the date and which characteristic the student displayed for the Wall of Honor.  When you are on the second floor, you can view the hand prints on the wall.
